Deliveries & Shipping

We offer free shipping for all orders to an Australian delivery address and international shipping rates apply for orders placed outside of Australia. All orders from joehachem.com are processed between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. (EAST), Monday through to Friday and usually dispatched within 48 hours of the order being received. Shipping takes 4 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number to track your delivery online.
We ship all around the world. Standard international shipping takes from 7 to 21 business days, depending on your distance from us. You will be provided with a tracking number to track your delivery online. It is important to note international customers may be required by their country to pay duties and taxes before they receive their package. These rates vary by country. Please take note of this extra cost, as it is not included with your Joe Hachem merchandise and shipping charges. joehachem.com is not responsible, nor can we offer any specific advice regarding custom duties and taxes. Returns & Exchange Policy
What is our policy on returns and exchanges?
We understand that occasionally you may have to return a product to us for a variety of reasons and to make it easier we have a simple return and exchange policy.
If the item you receive is not right, whatever the reason, return it to us within 60 days and we will promptly refund your money or exchange it for something else. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition.
Where do I send returns?
Please remember to completely fill out the returns section of the invoice you received with your package and ship your return package (remember to keep your receipt and tracking number) to:

Please note we cannot be responsible for packages lost en route to our company.
Please understand that we cannot accept COD's or packages marked "Bill Recipient" and please keep the receipt or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit. Please note we do not refund cost of shipping as this is a third party service unless the product has a manufacturer's fault and or if we send you the wrong item in error, we will of course pay the shipping costs.
What if I want to return an item, but no longer have my invoice?
You may still return your item. Items returned without an invoice or copy of an invoice may take longer to process.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Please contact a customer service representative at email@example.com so that they can fix the error and get the correct item shipped out to you. We ship all exchange orders back to you with FREE Ground Shipping in appreciation of your business and patience with us.
If I receive a defective item, what is the return procedure?
Every item that we sell meets our strict quality and performance standards. It's our experience that through proper care and normal use almost all defects will be evident in the first 60 days after the purchase. For this reason you may return any defective item for 60 days after the date of purchase for an exchange or full refund.
We also recognize that in extreme circumstances, an item you have owned for more than 60 days, even one that does not show excessive wear or maintenance neglect, may truly be defective. Our goal is to honestly evaluate every return and make a reasonable decision on every claim.
How long will it take for my Return/Exchange to be processed?
Returns are usually processed within 1-5 business days after they arrive at our location.
